- we at Mokoko, based in the South West, are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol and Portishead
- everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers
- the simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu
- we also encourage a healthy work life balance with shifts starting at 6am and no evenings or split shifts

- we have a position for both a full time and flexible part time pastry chef to join us in either of our Bristol bakeries and are able to consider applications looking for flexible working from one day a week upwards
