food preparation - meat, vegetables and other ingredients used for food items
monitoring stock levels - checking stocks, notifying head chef of items that are running low, ordering and checking delivery of ingredients
communication - with kitchen team and with the front of house team about the orders
processing food orders - involves cooking/heating up food items in a timely manner
frying - able to operate and use commercial fryer to fry food items
we are looking to recruit a kitchen cook to join our team on a full-time basis. Total shift hours are 36-38 hours a week. This is spread over 4-5 days
maintaining Kitchen - cleaning kitchen, dishwashing, and keeping any equipment and appliances clean
safety and Hygiene - ensuring that the kitchen area and all its equipment are kept clean. Keep relevant records related to food safety and hygiene up to date
