Responsibility

  • ideally, applicants should have some gardening experience with a keen eye for detail and work well in a team
  • the work will involve a variety of gardening tasks that you would expect in a large garden of around 5 acres
  • your own transport is essential due to the rural location
  • motivated, self-employed gardener required to join an existing small team looking after the extensive, highly regarded gardens at a private estate 8 miles SE of Oxford near Little Milton
  • in addition, we also require maintenance of the gardens and terraces at 3 locations in central Oxford which together, could form up to 5 days work per week, working up to 40 Hours, at the rate of £13 per hour, depending on experience
