  • submit resident meter readings on request
  • assist with contractor visits
  • filling and painting, replacing locks, adjusting doors, light bulb replacement, light plumbing and carpentry works etc
  • ensuring bins are rotated for collection
  • cleaning duties
  • litter picking
  • overall just keeping the development running smoothly
