  • co-ordinating Sub-Contractors
  • ensuring projects are kept on schedule/to programme
  • liaising with both management and the clients team on design issues
  • we have an exciting opportunity here at Modplan Building & Refurbishment Contractors Ltd, based in Arlesey, to join our company that has been trading in excess of 45 years on projects ranging from £5k to £5m, with an immediate start available
  • updating the daily site diary
  • we are offering a salary/wage, dependant on skillset/experience between £14.50-22.50/hr plus benefits for a Working Foreman/Woman or Site Manager, to work on projects throughout Herts/Beds/Bucks/Cambs
  • updating progress reports
