Requirements
- you have previous experience marketing a consumer brand, ideally in a fast-growth business with proven success
- passionate about our mission and love coming up with innovative, thoughtful ways to drive growth
- strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- proven experience as a line manager, being able to coach and develop a team
- highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- experience managing external 3rd party agencies
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- curious and obsessed with understanding our customers
