Requirements
you have previous experience marketing a consumer brand, ideally in a fast-growth business with proven success
passionate about our mission and love coming up with innovative, thoughtful ways to drive growth
strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
proven experience as a line manager, being able to coach and develop a team
highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
experience managing external 3rd party agencies
excellent written and verbal communication skills
curious and obsessed with understanding our customers

managing the month end process to ensure the management accounts are produced accurately and on time
creating and managing financial controls and processes to ensure the finance team is IPO ready and adding value to the business
involvement in project work and supporting the wider business on achieving it’s goals
supporting any financial due diligence requests

manage the accounts inbox & resolve supplier queries in a timely manner
working with suppliers to make the process flows as smooth as possible for everyone involved
process employee expenses & card transactions
ensure suppliers are paid correctly & on time
ensure supplier accounts are up to date & supplier statements reconciled
ideally, you will be studying for an accountancy qualification
