- creating and leading PR and Social Strategy
- working with the cross functional team to gather insight and data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
- the Campaign Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, elevating the brands reputation and establishing Modern Milkman as a leading sustainable grocery delivery service
- coaching and guiding junior team members. Hosting regular 121s with your direct report to ensure their workload and development is aligned to their work plans

- collaborating with the wider Growth Team to develop & deliver a campaign calendar, critical path and milestones – ensuring all key campaign timings and product stories are captured, kept up-to-date and aligned with other key marketing activity
- project managing campaigns from concept through to completion
- communicating with relevant stakeholders across the business such as Trading, Operations and Customer service to ensure information is shared in a timely manner
- creating clear, concise campaign briefs focusing on customer insight and build an emotional connection to support campaign targets
- regular field research to review campaign effectiveness and competitor activity
- defining & agreeing campaign budgets, objectives and KPIs with Senior Brand & Marketing Manager. Working within agreed budget flagging issues when required
- ensuring all marketing is consistent with MM branding guidelines and tone of voice
- carrying out market research identifying target audiences for marketing activity and feed into marketing plans
Requirements
- you have previous experience marketing a consumer brand, ideally in a fast-growth business with proven success
- passionate about our mission and love coming up with innovative, thoughtful ways to drive growth
- strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
