Responsibility

  • A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Hiredesk Controller to join our team at our in-house plant hire division
  • responding to enquiries about plant, machinery & tool hire
  • reacting promptly to enquiries that come through to the hiredesk or over the phone
  • manage a fast paced & busy hiredesk
  • liaise with the workshop regarding availability of machinery and tools
  • dealing with damage charges of internal and external kit
  • use of our hire system - Syrinx, to take orders, raise hire contracts, raise off hires and recharges
  • ensure the accuracy of orders entered onto our hire system & making sure hire management system is up to date and accurate
