Responsibility

  • responding to enquiries about plant, machinery & tool hire
  • A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Transport & Office Administrator to join our team at our in-house plant hire division
  • placing orders for plant equipment & approving all purchase order requests
  • use of our accounts system - Easy Build
  • checking proof of delivery slips when orders have arrived and match with invoice
  • liaise with accounts team & Hiredesk with any enquiries
  • assist with all general office administration duties
  • assist with the logistics of supplying plant to site in the most efficient method
