- processing and analysis of data from wave tank testing, test rigs and offshore deployments
- support of numerical modelling validation
- development of experimental test rigs, WEC models, test plans, and carry out test campaigns
- responsibility for instrumentation for offshore testing and other test rigs
- analysis of wave and other environmental data
- engagement with research and innovation projects
- evaluation of the physics and engineering of wave energy technology
- development of electrical and control systems for full-scale commercial products, and systems integration testing
Requirements
- right to work in the UK
- analytical and quantitative mindset
- experience working within small / start-up organisation
- diplomatic and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- enthusiastic, passionate about our mission

- education: Masters degree or PhD
- experience: Work experience in science, physics or engineering preferably related to offshore technologies
