MOBIUS WORKS is looking for employees for positions:
- industry specific knowledge of Bid Writing within the Construction market
- ability to work as part of a team and own initiative when required
- proven track record in the sector or similar role
- flexibility to meet time pressures to deliver high quality submissions on time
- excellent organisational skills
- exceptional writing, editing and copy-writing skills
- adaptability and drive to progress the role into other areas including Business Development as and when necessary
- A naturally inquisitive nature to challenge ideas and provide innovative solutions
- capture and collate evidence to support submissions
- liaise with the wider Pre-construction team for technical content
- attend, host and document the relevant meetings as required
- provide a monthly Bid Managers activity report to the Board
- manage the internal Bid Library by updating with the business unit responses
- provide feedback in relation to both successful and unsuccessful bids and tenders
- ensure submissions are produced are to the highest quality and aligned with company bid management standards
- produce promotional/marketing materials and award submissions
- providing general administrative support enabling the Business Development Team to run efficiently
- coordinating documentation for bids/tenders and assisting in the completion of SSQ/PQQs
- CRM/database regular updating
- managing online portals and downloading tender documents for distribution to the Teams
- arranging kick off/adjudication meetings and site visits
- compiling high-calibre branded quotes/mini-tenders
- working with the BD Marketing Coordinator to facilitate quarterly email campaigns
- assisting with marketing support and helping to organise events
- an ability to communicate effectively to members of staff across the Teams within the Construction Industry
- experience within the Construction Industry would be of benefit, but not essential
- working as part of the Business Development team performing a variety of administrative tasks
- being able to work to deadlines
- highly organised and possess the ability to prioritise
