Responsibility
- customer calls in the community will be scheduled as required and will take precedent over other tasks
- this could be a combination of morning, lunch, tea and PM calls
- this role consists of a combination of office and community-based tasks, which will be dictated by the day to day and strategic needs of the service and allocated by the management team as required
- there will also be a significant focus upon staff training and development, and the successful applicant will as part of their role, feel confident delivering in-house and community based training sessions for new and existing staff, according to set session plans
- to provide front line, Community based personal and practical support visits to Customers as required by the needs of the service on a day to day basis to ensure quality and continuity within services
- to provide expert guidance in relation to resolving specific difficulties that staff may experience in the community
- under the guidance of the management team, to gather information as required in relation to Customer complaints, issues or staff investigations
- to conduct spot checks and observations on Community Based staff as required by the Operations Team and HR Team and in line with agreed KPI’s
