Responsibility
customer calls in the community will be scheduled as required and will take precedent over other tasks
this could be a combination of morning, lunch, tea and PM calls
this role consists of a combination of office and community-based tasks, which will be dictated by the day to day and strategic needs of the service and allocated by the management team as required
there will also be a significant focus upon staff training and development, and the successful applicant will as part of their role, feel confident delivering in-house and community based training sessions for new and existing staff, according to set session plans
to provide front line, Community based personal and practical support visits to Customers as required by the needs of the service on a day to day basis to ensure quality and continuity within services
to provide expert guidance in relation to resolving specific difficulties that staff may experience in the community
under the guidance of the management team, to gather information as required in relation to Customer complaints, issues or staff investigations
to conduct spot checks and observations on Community Based staff as required by the Operations Team and HR Team and in line with agreed KPI’s
