Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our existing accounts, generating new business, and driving sales
  • day-to-day operational management and trading of Twig’s inventory on marketplaces and with B2B clients
  • the individual must be highly organized, goal-oriented, and have a strong understanding of customer service
  • build category and market expertise to identify and exploit sales opportunities
  • the ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and account management
  • onboard clients within various product categories
  • monitor and grow customer success
  • develop expert understanding of the businesses’ long-term ambitions and current strategies and utilize insight to find opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • marketplace experience is preferred
  • excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
  • good data analysis skills
  • A proven strategic thinker and self-starter, who is capable of making sense of complex, high quantity information
