- the Mo Group Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer / Coordonator to join our team in Rygby
- attending site for check in during the week and sometimes weekends
- assist with the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- utilize social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- this role is temporary opportunity to support our team in Rugby for the busiest season of the year. This is a busy role a require someone who is flexible and who is able to priorities workload and complete tasks
