Responsibility
- working closely with the sensory panel leader and assistant and attending weekly meetings
- completing all necessary product reconciliation forms for consumer sensory projects and ensuring documentation is received and cascaded to relevant parties
- tracking of benchmark samples orders
- managing the completion and monitoring all documentation and ensuring compliance is in accordance with the application Standard Operating Procedures
- waste disposal management of samples from panellists
- co-ordination of international shipping projects / custom clearance
- create and manage task orders for the team
- ordering of equipment needed for the lab
Requirements

- MMR Research Worldwide is a global market research agency, offering research solutions to support optimisation in products, packaging and all aspects of branding within food, drink and other FMCG and retail sectors
- you’ll will be based at one of its state-of-the-art consumer and sensory facilities in Brentford, London, working Monday – Thursday in the laboratory with Friday's at home
- you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Consumer Sensory Laboratory & office and performing lab manager duties to ensure a high-quality laboratory environment, Standard Operating Procedures adherence and supporting the sensory panel teams with appropriate documentation
