Responsibility

• being responsible for supervising the day to day running of the shop
• ensure effective and correctly merchandised promotional activities inside and outside the shop to maximise sales and increase customer base
• monitor and review the product range with a view to increasing turnover and profitability

• managing junior staff, training staff
• ensuring that other staff stock the shelves correctly
• answering customer queries
• generating till reports
• stock checking and ordering stock when necessary
• supervise, give guidance and motivate store staff to promote a successful business etc

Requirements

• previous experience in team management or retail management is preferred
• strong organizational and administrative skills
• ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
