Responsibility
- oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of various blockchain projects centered around Substrate technology
- work closely with the client's team of developers and architects to deliver high-quality software solutions
- coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- monitor and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in working with Substrate at the architecture level
- experience in managing projects from the ideation phase through to successful execution
- proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
- in-depth knowledge of the blockchain industry, with a strong understanding of decentralized technologies
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proven stakeholder management skills
- strong working knowledge of project management tools
- working on the Cardano blockchain
