Responsibility
- delivery bookings for our customers
- to assist the transport team in dealing with any delivery issues ie goods rejected at delivery point and rebooking deliveries
- dealing with day-to-day customer service, phone/ email queries with internal and external customers and escalating to management if required
- to liaise directly with the transport team and other network delivery depots to ensure that successful deliveries are made on time and in full
