- we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team
- this includes providing guidance on recruitment best practices, strategies, and techniques
- we value diverse perspectives and are open to considering candidates with relevant experience in other industries
- as a Learning and Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in training and supporting trainee recruiters, to help guide them throughout their journey within the company
- this will involve assessing training needs, designing effective learning modules, and continuously improving the learning experience
- you will also develop strategies to support their ongoing development and professional growth
- you will be responsible for teaching rookies the first principles of this approach, which includes training them to take detailed briefs, conduct in-depth market analysis and research, and carry out professional approaches to identify top talent in the market
Requirements
- proven experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the recruitment industry
- in-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, strategies, and techniques
- familiarity with the US recruitment market is highly desirable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and train rookie recruiters
- excellent organizational and time management abilities
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- creative problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and development
