MJC PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT is looking for employees for positions:
- proficient in using hand tools and power tools for woodworking tasks
- ability to read and work from architect drawings
- familiar with roofing, plumbing, electrical, tiling and painting tasks is a plus
- attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team to get the job done
- must have a full UK drivers license and be able to drive a van
- joinery: 3 years
- maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- reconcile bank statements
- prepare Monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- prepare a Monthly Profit and loss Statemet
- assist with budgeting and forecasting
- ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- strong organizational skills
- ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- good communication skills, both written and verbal
- experience with VAT
