Responsibility
- greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- clean and reset tables for the next customer
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays if necessary
- hospitality: 1 year
- bartending: 1 year
