procurement: Collaborate with the procurement team to source suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and quality
project Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, monitoring expenditure, and providing financial reports
contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring compliance
quantity Takeoff: Conduct accurate quantity takeoffs from project drawings to determine material and labor requirements
cost Control: Monitor project costs, identify potential overruns, and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality
reporting: Prepare financial reports, cost forecasts, and progress reports to communicate effectively with management and teams
compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

experience: Minimum [X] years of quantity surveying experience in the construction or landscaping industry
qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred. Relevant certifications are advantageous
analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, perform cost calculations, and produce accurate estimates and reports
communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting confidently with stakeholders
