Working hours
- full-time | Part-time
Responsibility
- ensure all supplier invoices posted on system and agree to supplier statements
- ensure all payments and receipts on bank statements are processed on system
- ensure all transactions entered on Microsoft Business Central are accurate and deadlines met each month to close the books
- complete/manage all control account reconciliations
- ensure EC Sales and Intrastat filed each month by 20th
- prepare bank reconciliations for all bank accounts, including invoice finance and import loan accounts
- prepare prepayments and accruals for management accounts
- prepare VAT return on system each quarter
Requirements
- degree level or Qualified finance professional
- working knowledge of Microsfot Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
- proficiency in MS Office
- keen eye for detail, data accuracy, strong financial control, and compliance ethic
- self- driven, positive, can-do attitude, motivated and approachable
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
