Responsibility
- monitor and highlight variations to the plan, engaging with operational stakeholders to initiate and progress corrective actions
- plan and schedule up-stream batch mixing to ensure blends are available, interfacing with the technical team on batch sheet preparation
- integrate the medium to long-term forecasts into the rough-cut capacity plan
- lead the weekly planning forum and monthly capacity review meetings
- interfacing with the commercial team, compile the master production plan on all filling lines based on customer orders, service levels, forecasts and inventory management
- take ownership of planning and scheduling KPIs within the site scorecard
- schedule daily and weekly production in line with the master production plan, engaging with operational teams to account for short-term impact events, deviations, efficiencies and constraints
- identify new ideas and drive improvement in planning and scheduling processes
