Responsibility

  • prepare Monthly Management Accounts
  • day to Day balance sheet control and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly balance sheet reviews with FM and CFO
  • intercompany reconciliation
  • maintaining the general ledger within Sage200 including manual and bulk journal entry
  • involvement with year end and interim audit requests
  • general Ad Hoc financial reporting
  • maintaining a close relationship with site managers and dealing with day-to-day site finance queries
  • assisting with payroll process with support of Finance Manager

Requirements

  • experience in the hospitality sector or customer facing sectors
  • finalist or Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
