Working hours

Responsibility

  • an excellent opportunity for a successful and well established business, in the role of Office Administrator
  • the role will be extremely varied and hands on - you will be joining a very busy team and department
  • \* Provide an efficient and effective clerical and administrative support service
  • assisting the accounts department with Sales & Purchase Ledger
  • this will be a full time role, Monday - Friday, standard working hours are 8am - 4.30pm with half hour for lunch. 8 am – 2.30pm
  • you must be able to multi-task and work to deadlines / set timeframes for completion of tasks. Tasks and responsibilities will include the following
  • deal with incoming and outgoing post on a day-to-day basis

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
