Responsibility

  • diary management for both the CEO and the CFO, and the other leadership team members as requested
  • using Outlook as the main mail and diary management system
  • booking rooms and conference facilities as necessary, both internally and externally
  • scheduling Board meetings and collating inputs monthly from leadership team members for the Board pack
  • organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • photocopying, printing, and shredding various documents as required
  • planning for meetings and preparation of paperwork and other items as required in advance
  • liaising with staff in other offices and with external contacts to ensure the smooth running of Mirriad Advertising plc’s day to day business

Education

  • an administrative qualification is advantageous

Requirements

  • highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
  • proven track record of working in a similar role preferably in a technology based business
  • strong problem solving skills, pragmatic and adaptable
  • demonstrable experience of organisation and planning events and meetings
  • excellent time management and ability to prioritise efficiently
  • good experience of arranging global travel both into and out of the UK
  • proven record of ordering supplies for an office including managing a small budget and ensuring invoicing is correct
  • A certain level of flexibility regarding availability outside normal working hours may be required to deal with busy times of the year
