Responsibility
- recruiting into the marketing team and working with 3rd parties to execute marketing strategy and deliver the best return on investment
- ensuring marketing activities are well organized, executed in line with agreed budgets and with suitable reporting in place
- performing cost benefit analysis and detailed review of new marketing ideas and opportunities
- building and maintaining relationships with external partners, including media agencies, vendors, and industry influencers, to enhance marketing effectiveness
- providing leadership to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment that delivers results. This includes hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- reviewing marketing performance and results to optimize our ongoing activities, using results data to help refine our strategy, achieve our marketing goals and drive new customer acquisition
- reviewing performance including analytics data and ROI, ensuring this is fed back into our future activity in a process of continual optimisation that is based on results
