contributing to the overall design strategy by providing visuals and trend information to the team to help build the overall seasonal trend picture, including global lifestyle and product trends, ensuring we are always evaluating and responding to newness throughout the season
management accountant
Responsibility
supporting in the preparation of monthly accounts, including the posting of accruals and pre-payments, making decisions and recommendations as appropriate

Responsibility

take responsibility and ownership of your area, demonstrating your influence on the range build
maintain and develop strong relationships within the Buying & Merchandising teams and Suppliers
manage the upkeep of critical path
manage the smooth running of fit sessions
prepare and present weekly department performance and delivery schedule meetings
attend Supplier meetings and ensure these are documented and followed through
maintain a clear understanding of the MV customer and brand handwriting, as well as demonstrating knowledge of what our competitors are doing on the high street
admin assistant
Responsibility
creating and maintaining an accurate intake and delivery schedule
checking and maintaining systems to ensure delivery performance, including dealing with deliveries
completing weekly analysis of department, product and store performance in order to establish trading patterns
identifying best and worst sellers and making recommendations
reviewing performance at line, category & department level each week, reacting to sales patterns and maximising profit opportunity
managing any amendments to the product on the system
supporting the Merchandiser to maximise the profitability of the ranges, the stores and the digital business and to deliver in-season actions to maximise profit opportunities
managing an accurate intake and delivery schedule, whilst collaborating with Buying, Branch Merchandising and Freight Forwarders
garment technologist
Responsibility
conduct a risk assessment of all products from the earliest point of development, raising and resolving any identified issues
ensure that all fit and make comments are communicated clearly to suppliers
ensure the process of delivering high quality assurance falls in line with the critical path
approve all test reports for base and bulk materials in line with company expectations
approve all wash-care instructions for the business, ensuring suitability for product type
manage the fit sessions by working with Buying and Design teams to ensure excellent and consistent fit of product together with the best construction methods
maintain the PLM system with accurate and approved fibre composition, washcare and measurement details
standardise key blocks with the support of the Buying & Design teams to increase speed & accuracy when fitting and to potentialise product performance

step in to manage the monthly payroll processing across all payrolls; hourly, salaried & Republic of Ireland should the Payroll & Compliance Manager not be available due to holiday etc
