- Identifying new business opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers
- Using our existing CRM and updating existing data
- Identifying customer requirements for our solutions through research and analysis of all our options
- Recommending solutions to prospective customers which meet their requirements
- Demonstrate commercial acumen ensuring that all solutions sold drive revenue growth
- Responsible for closing appointments for phone systems, VOIP, lines, calls, broadband mobiles, IT & print services
- To grow and develop your own pipeline, ensuring that there are no missed opportunities
- Keep a record of all contact with prospective customers
