Responsibility
- answering Telephone - Answering calls from both the general public and customers taking details of maintenance/small work issues
- booking Appointments - Booking appointments with both engineers and customers to ensure that we carry out the work required
- liaising with maintenance staff - Liaising with engineers to co-ordinate their time to complete the works booked

- liaising with manufacturers- Reporting product issues and following up appointments
- building relationships with customers - Building good working relationships with our major customers and responding effectively to customer care issues raised
Requirements
- capable individuals with attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
- ability to work with others and under supervision of our customer care manager
- excellent phone manner and written and verbal communication ability
