Requirements

  • proven or significant experience in an infrastructure technical support role
  • microsoft Azure Infrastructure – VMs, Application Gateways, Azure Virtual Desktop, NSGs, vNets
  • network Infrastructure, including FortiGate Management, VPNs, SD-WAN, HP/Aruba Switches, Unify Wi-Fi, L3 Networking/Routing, Azure Load Balancers, NAT Gateways
  • enterprise level telephony platform, preferably cloud-based, call recording, contact centre, ACD / IVR
  • infrastructure power delivery and power management systems – Rack Management
  • server and SAN Storage Hardware – both on-premise and cloud-based

Responsibility

  • be a point of escalation in resolving incidents and changes logged by our Service Desk
  • assist in technical project delivery as a subject matter expert
