Requirements

  • proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a food production environment
  • 5 years of experience in a production or operations management role, preferably in a bakery or food production environment
  • knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
  • experience with baking and packaging equipment
  • experience with HACCP
  • experience operating a forklift truck
  • an application for a DBS certificate will be required in the event of the individual being offered the position

Responsibility

  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
