Responsibility
- gardening - Assisting the owners with the gardens , predominantly at the weekends
- security – premises and vehicles
- driving & Vehicles – regular driving duties with station and airport runs. Cleanliness and maintenance checks
- management – Report to senior management team advising them of any issues, including H&S or building maintenance issues
- maintenance & Cleaning – working collectively and individually to maintain exceptionally high standards of presentation within the Hall, including garden and minor repairs
- sporting – ensure sporting equipment is kept clean and in good order, work alongside Housekeepers and Gamekeeper to prepare and deliver shoot days
Requirements
- hold and maintain a valid UK driving licence for cars and vans
- previous caretaking experience
- excellent communication skills
- firearms and shotgun certificate
- physically fit – able to lift and carry heavy items
- PA1 and PA6A certifications
- basic numeracy and literacy skills
- brushcutter/strimmer
