answer all phone calls and direct to appropriate team member
maintain general client correspondence on behalf of sales team members, through follow up phone calls and emails
email management and maintenance
general office supply management and house keeping of showroom
support the Sales team with general admin, such as; file creation, organisation and management, provide the install teams with any paperwork and information they need on behalf of sales team etc
Requirements
good Customer service skills and excellent phone manner
strong Admin abilities
excellent communication skills
highly organised and able to work under pressure
ability to learn quickly
administrative: 2 – 3 years
office Manager or Office Admin: 2 years
previous admin experience essential and required – preferably as an Office Manager / experienced Office Admin Assistant ready for the next step
