take ownership of and manage the administration of learner communication, application, enrolment and joining instructions
take ownership of tutor liaison with regards to confirmation of availability and securing dates for delivery
ensure that records are up to date and in line with UK and accreditor legislations around data protection/GDPR
capture and manage data and information about learners and potential clients, with special note to managing and holding this information in line with legislation for Privacy and Data Protection
be part of the development and implementation of company policies, to promote a professional service by the company for all users of its services
plan, implement, monitor and report on course coordination, stats, and administration to give the best outcomes for learner experience and tutor support at all levels of engagement
support program tutors through sourcing and managing suitable course delivery locations and set-ups, as well as helping plan and organise course logistics
support the Head of Centre and the Head of Training and Development in managing all data and systems to the benefit of MEPL
Requirements
sector specific knowledge and experience would be a benefit
A proven record of accomplishment in Administration together with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills is more important than formal qualifications for this role
