Responsibility
develop and maintain a deep understanding of Mindtickle prospects and target market
follow-up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated
address customer and partner inquiries, providing information and appropriate solutions based on specific needs and interests
collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices
ensure sales tool hygiene, including Salesforce and Outreach
schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives
research and identify new prospects by raising awareness and generating interest in Mindtickle through various approaches, including cold-calling, email campaigns & social media outreach
meet or exceed activity goals & monthly objectives
Requirements
excellent verbal and written communication skills
bachelor’s Degree
ability to work remotely in the UK
relevant professional sales experience
cold calling and objection handling experience
sales tools experience preferred
experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies and tools like DemandBase
strategic & agile
