  • the role of Service Support Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to be a part of this rapidly growing business

  • supporting operational management of the business including referral handling, management of our network clinicians and supporting growth of the business through the expansion of our network in line with customer requirements
  • the main purposes of the role will be to support the smooth operational delivery of psychological treatment services through sound management of referral processes and the network of independent clinicians
  • supporting the Clinical Operations Manager, but with a high degree of autonomy, the right candidate will enable the business to deliver a service that will
  • to support the clinical operations manager to regularly review operational processes and procedures, including the mix between independent and salaried staff and utilization of viable technology enhancements, to maintain a reducing trend in operational transaction cost
  • to carry out prompt and effective investigations of any complaints or service failures. Developing and implementing appropriate remedial actions when required. To report on these issues and actions to the clinical operations manager

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
