Requirements
- experience of providing direct support to individuals
- excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust and maintain confidentiality
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- empathy, patience, and resilience to work with individuals facing various mental health challenges
- adaptable and able to work independently as well a part of a close-knit team
- qualified to SVQ 3 level in social care or equivalent but suitable candidate may be offered training and support to achieve the required qualifications
- as you will be working across the Forth Valley areas it would be an advantage if you hold a current driving licence and able to use your own car
