- take food and drink orders, accurately relaying them to the kitchen and bar teams

- maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar and dining areas, ensuring proper stocking of supplies
- process guest transactions using the POS system, ensuring accurate billing and payment handling
- collaborate with team members to provide a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- proven experience as a waiter / waitress in a fast-paced dining environment
- formal training in bartending or mixology
- basic bartending skills and experience in making cocktails
- familiarity with a wide variety of cocktails and spirits
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail
- ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations and procedures
