Responsibility
- collaborate with external development agencies, providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the development process
- contribute to the design, build, and maintenance of high-performance, reusable, and reliable code
- transform complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design
- ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features
- post-launch, handle the continuous development, maintenance, and updates of the app
- ensure that the app meets the requirements of the healthcare industry
Requirements
- proven experience in native mobile app development, with a primary focus on Android. Experience with iOS is desirable
- proficiency in using native Android API to control hardware parameters, such as camera functionalities
- demonstrable experience in cloud-based storage, secure data transfer protocols, and app-to-cloud communication
- experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- A problem solver with excellent decision-making skills
- A self-starter, able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
- familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills
