- develop and implement strategies to increase room revenue and enhance conversion rates
- utilize Industry data and market trends to identify opportunities for pricing and inventory optimization
- monitor and analyze guest satisfaction feedback and implement improvements as needed
- lead a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to drive room bookings
- about Us: Milsoms Kesgrave Hall is a four star hotel with 31 bedrooms in the Suffolk countryside
- within the grounds there is also an events hall, The Hangar which can cater for up to 300 guests and a destination Spa
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
- proven expertise in room revenue management and conversion optimization
- strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management tools and software
- excellent communication and leadership abilities
- exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of the local hospitality market and competitors is a plus
