Responsibility
deliver the Health and Social Care induction programme
the trainer will be responsible for delivering the Induction Programme to newly recruited carers, this is to ensure a safe transition into their individual roles with our clients in health care sector
primarily providing support to Carers, the trainer will assist with organisational mandatory updates and all administrative tasks to ensure the Training Department deliver training and promote the development of all staff in line with organisational goals and values
Requirements
proven experience in the training health care sector
experience in high-volume recruitment training as well as roles that require persistence to fill
experience and comprehensive legislative knowledge of recruitment practices
familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
outstanding communication and negotiation skills
excellent organizational and leadership ability
good leadership and problem-solving aptitude
thorough knowledge of the health care and Hospitality industry recruitment compliances
