Responsibility

  • manage a team of plumbers to ensure work is being carried out to the required standards
  • ensuring installations are as per built drawings
  • monitoring the testing of all domestic services and producing paperwork to sign off
  • attending regular meetings with the contractor to ensure all relevant information is relayed to the contractor and back to Millennium
  • monitoring material levels to ensure these are kept replenished as when needed
  • liaise with technical and commercial personnel both inside and outside the company to define, amend and implement new technical standards, procedures and techniques
