  • post matched vendor Invoices in multiple currency on vendor account ensuring accuracy of posting
  • preparing purchase retros claims and raise debit note on vendor within tight deadline
  • post bank payment in multiple currency ensuring accuracy of posting
  • preparing bank reconciliation statement on daily basis
  • match and allocate payment and debit/credit note on vendor account
  • reconcile vendor account with vendor statement as per frequency schedule
  • liaising with various vendors and buying team to resolve their queries
