Working hours

Responsibility

  • assist with organising and managing the Directors diaries
  • assisting with the provision of an efficient back office system and process
  • create and assist with maintaining client files in both an electronic and paper format
  • ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
  • ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures
  • maintain all standards of performance as required by the firm
  • dealing with incoming and outgoing post, including mail merges
  • answering the telephone and taking messages for the rest of the team

Requirements

  • A basic knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services sector
  • basic analytic and numerical skills
  • good telephone manner
  • ensure that you are aware of and understand the firm’s record keeping requirements and that you adhere to these
  • an understanding of the provision of advice to clients in a compliant manner as detailed in the firms’
