  • guarantCo Limited mobilises private sector local currency transaction for infrastructure projects and supports the development of financial markets in lower income countries across Africa and Asia
  • monitor the performance of GuarantCo projects against various covenants, including financial performance and environmental and social objectives
  • ensure lessons learned are identified, implemented and shared across the business
  • ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures
  • work with Investments Team Directors to ensure proper analyst resource time assignments; and
  • take initiative and contribute ideas / proposals for improvement and best practice. Identify, drive and take ownership of opportunities to improve work practices and increase productivity within CRM and the wider team; and
  • ensure ExCo are made aware on a timely basis of any material developments in the portfolio
