Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to ensure that the home is cleaned and maintained to the high standard set by the Management
- to complete domestic staff rotas and oversee the booking of annual leave
- to allocate cleaning schedules for each domestic assistant and to monitor the quality and thoroughness of the work
- to ensure thorough and accurate completion of daily, weekly and monthly checklists, informing the Management of any issues
- to be responsible for the checking of hours worked by each domestic assistant
- to ensure that the cleaning / stock room is maintained in a clean, neat & tidy condition at all times
- to take part in staff meetings when necessary
- to control the usage of cleaning materials. To order these materials, maintain stock supplies at an acceptable level and minimise wastage
