- our Mileway Investment Accounting team, organized by country teams following jurisdictions where logistics assets are held, is responsible for the day to day accounting operations and compliance of a large portfolio of real estate entities and investments in Europe
- take care of day to day accounting for PropCos and HoldCos including, bank reconciliations, invoice review, monthly accruals, depreciation, etc
- given the high volume and dynamism in the portfolio the role requires the successful candidate to be proactive, highly organized and stress resistant
Requirements
- university degree in Accounting/Finance
- min 4 years of work experience in a similar field
- 2 years of real estate / Property Accounting exposure needed
- good knowledge of UK GAAP
- yardi Voyager experience a plus
- dynamic personality with a can do and hands on attitude
- solution oriented approach/ problem-solving ability
- detail oriented while constantly viewing the big picture
