Responsibility
- safely operate the HGV you have been assigned
- transport goods and materials to designated locations
- load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working order
- maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
Requirements
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- proven experience as a class 1 driver
- ability to operate heavy equipment such as electric pump trucks
- excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
