Responsibility
- we are seeking an experienced accountant to help us shape our platform and efficiently service our clients
- working directly with the CTO to test and verify Mighty’s calculations
- you will play a crucial role in the development of Mighty, working directly with the company’s founders
- where there are errors in the platform, working with the CTO to identify and solve these
- the role includes testing the platform, setting up processes and servicing clients
- creating efficient processes to smoothly service clients
- helping onboard users and input opening balances from previous accountant
- helping answer client’s questions - over email, phone and video call
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of in-practice experience
- experience working with small business owners, including freelancers and contractors
- excited about technology and the potential to automate accounting
- up-to date knowledge of tax regulations, and compliance
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- self-motivated and able to work independently
