Responsibility
- we are currently looking for a Qualified Electrician to join our service & maintenance team
- you may also be required to carry out small refurbishment works as part of our projects and install team
- the main responsibilities will be to maintain electrical systems on sites across our portfolio. You will be required to inspect premises, conduct routine maintenance, carry out PPM tasks, perform repairs and fix any faulty wiring & accessories
Requirements
- the ideal candidate will need good knowledge of wiring and electrical systems including the below
- proven experience as an electrician
- hands-on experience in working within the maintenance industry
- ability to read technical documents and drawings
- excellent approach to health & safety following all guidelines required
- full Driving License
- qualified electrician with electrical maintenance experience NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification
- 18th Edition
